Three insurance companies have been picked as finalists for IBM Kenexa’s annual Best Workplace Survey and Awards, New Zealand’s largest and longest-running study of employment engagement.
Rothbury Group was picked as a finalist in the Medium-Large Workplace (150 -399 employees) category; while
AA Insurance Ltd and
FMG were selected for the Large Workplace (400-749 employees) category.
This year’s survey involved over 36,000 employees from 210 organisations, with 50 workplaces selected as finalists, 29 of which were new entries.
A representative from IBM Kenexa said: “The 2016 finalists represent a broad spectrum of New Zealand industries from government to retail, tourism and professional services to consumer goods.”
“Nearly two-thirds of this year's finalists also achieved finalist status in 2015, demonstrating the ongoing commitment made by New Zealand’s best workplaces to engage their employees.”
